Your first leak scan. What to expect
Timing, outputs, and how to read the dashboard after scan #1 completes.
The first scan is the moment Omesta pays for itself. Here's what actually happens.
Timing
The initial pass completes in 60-90 seconds. The full pattern-library scan runs in the background over the next 3-5 minutes. You can use the dashboard while it runs. New findings stream in as they're detected.
The headline number
Top-left of the dashboard: "Total recoverable leaks this period." This is the sum of unrecovered failed payments, wasted ad spend, attribution-hole revenue, and subscription churn dollars that we've flagged. Click it to see the breakdown.
What "recoverable" means
A leak is recoverable if there's a specific action. Retry, refund, pause, or reallocate. That would move the money back into your pocket. We never count soft metrics like "opportunity cost" or "missed potential."
After the scan
The size of the number depends entirely on your stack. If yours looks low, check that Stripe + at least one ad network + your store are all connected. Missing one usually explains it. The more sources connected, the more ground the scan has to cover.
