Audit log for autopilot actions

Every autopilot action writes to an immutable audit log.

What's logged

• Action type (retry, dunning email, keyword pause, creative rotate).
• Target (customer ID, campaign ID, keyword).
• Timestamp (to the second, in UTC).
• Triggering rule (which detection pattern fired).
• Outcome (success, fail, skipped).
• Actor ("autopilot" vs the user who approved, if manual).

Where to find it

Settings → Audit log. Filter by action type, date range, target, actor. Export to CSV or push to S3 via webhook.

Retention

Audit log entries are retained for the life of your account plus 90 days after closure. On Scale, entries also stream to your SIEM via webhook in real time.
