Turning autopilot on
What changes when you flip the switch, and the safety rails.

Autopilot is Omesta executing fixes on its own schedule, without waiting for you to click "approve" each time.
What it does automatically
- Runs smart retries on failed payments per your dunning cadence.
- Sends dunning emails on schedule.
- Pauses zero-ROAS keywords (after 7-day confirmation window).
- Rotates fatigued creatives (drafts in ads manager, not auto-published).
What it never does without explicit approval
- Touch ad budgets.
- Pause campaigns (only keywords within them).
- Issue refunds.
- Change plan prices.
- Send a message to a customer that hasn't failed payment yet.
The safety rails
Every autopilot action has a preview window. The default is 6 hours: Omesta drafts the action, shows it in the Autopilot Queue, and you can cancel or edit it before it fires. If you don't touch it, it executes.
Turning it on
Settings → Autopilot → Enable. You can enable per-module (retries only, retries + dunning, etc.). Full-mode autopilot is available on Growth and Scale.
