Overrides and pauses
How to stop an autopilot action, and how to override a recommendation.

Two distinct controls for two distinct needs.
Pausing autopilot
Global pause from the Autopilot panel. One click. All queued actions stay queued but won't execute until you resume. In-flight retries continue (pausing during a retry would corrupt the customer experience).
Overriding a specific action
Each action in the queue has an "Override" button. Options:
- Cancel: drop this action entirely.
- Edit: modify the email copy, retry timing, or target before it fires.
- Delay: push it back by N hours.
- Approve now: fire immediately instead of at the scheduled time.
Bulk overrides
Filter the queue by action type (e.g., all dunning emails) and override in bulk from the header actions menu. Useful when you've changed your mind on tone mid-campaign.
